A smoked green chile sauce made with smoked poblano and serrano peppers, smoked onions and sweetened with a little maple syrup. This sauce has a nice smoky heat that is perfect for family cook outs, as Jericho is so famous for. This sauce is a collaboration with Rosie's BBQ Smokehouse where we use the sauce for green chilli burgers, meatballs and chicken tacos. The sauce is dynamite on eggs as well as grilled salmon.
